Due to the high demand for the holiday season such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year and Valentine's Day, the shipping could take a few days longer than the normal expected delivery time for accommodating the local domestic carriage.

When you contact us BEFORE the package has shipped
We can assist to cancel the transaction and you can reorder with the correct shipping address. We partner with third party shipping companies. They can only deliver to the address provided by our customers.
NOTE: There’s a service charge of paying by Credit Card or PayPal. When we issue a refund to you, the service charge of the Credit Card or PayPal will NOT be included.
When you contact us AFTER the package has shipped
Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped it is more difficult to change the address. Our shipping partners can only ship to the address that was provided by our customers. We will help you as much as we can.
We suggest you check the tracking on the package. If the package hasn’t been delivered, you can reach out to the carrier with the tracking number to change the delivery address. Just so that you know, some carriers will charge a fee for this service.
If you find that the package has been delivered, we suggest you visit or call the address if you can. (This may not be practical depending on the circumstances)
